With the app your employees register their arrival and departure with one tap at the work location. The declaration goes automatically to the NSSO, and for every registration you see whether it was accepted.

Clear registrations: every check-in and check-out per day and per location.

Check in and out with one tap
At the start of the activity the employee checks in via the app, and checks out the same way at the end — always with one tap, in their own language. A geofence confirms each time that they are at the declared work location.

Declaration within the deadline
Both the check-in and check-out are automatically sent to the NSSO within the legal deadline, signed with your own company's NSSO certificate.

Followed up until the answer
Every declaration — both check-in and check-out — is tracked until it is definitively accepted or rejected. You can read the outcome in plain language.
Built for the work floor
One tap to check in or out, in their own language: eleven languages, including right-to-left scripts such as Arabic.
Log in with a PIN code, workable with gloves and outdoors.
Geofencing confirms the work location; outside the zone the registration is refused with an explanation.
No tracking: the location is only read at the moment of checking in or out.
Subcontractors and temporary workers register via the same app.
For managers: the web portal
Alongside the app there is a web portal for those who manage the overview and compliance, with their own login.

Frequently asked questions
- Does the app work in construction as well as cleaning?
- Yes. It is the same app; in construction you register the arrival today, in cleaning both arrival and departure.
- Does the app track my employees?
- No. The location is only read at the moment of checking in or out. There is no background tracking.
- Can subcontractors and temporary workers use the app?
- Yes. They register in the same way, and you see their presences in your overview.
- We already have a time clock or badge system. Can it stay?
- Yes. Registrations that reach the NSSO via such a system are followed up on the same contracts.
